Detriot lockers?
I'm looking to MAYBE get a locker, but since I'm on a budget, I want to know everything about it before I commit.
What I have:
1987 Jeep Cherokee
5-speed
Part-Time 4wd
I have open differentials in both front and back
I run 30" tires (I don't intend on running larger than that)
2" lift done w/ new shocks, springs, and AAL in back.
This IS my daily driver
I have all necessary equipment to change the oil in both my front/rear diffs (including oil, gaskets, and sealant)
The problem:
Every time I max out my flex and get my wheels in the air (ex: rocking over a flex point going up a hill), I get my two airborne wheels spinning and can't go any further.
What I need:
I need a fairly cheap way to be able to lock my rear differential (or both, if I can do so manually and cheaply). I also need information on how different types of lockers will effect performance both on-road and off-road. More info is better: prices, experience, additional equipment/costs associated, recommended/not recommended, etc.

seriously? over 1500 posts and you dont know the answer to this? its pretty standard of a response, and usually consists of:
"dont lock the rear if you have a D35"
and
"aussie lockers are cheap and awesome and you can install them yourself"
lockers are the most talked about upgrade for jeeps, use the freaking search button.
