I know, I know !!!!!!!!

Do you have a voltmeter? you should be pushing 12-14 or so when you check the battery without car running it tests fine, but have someone try to start it while your viewing the meter if its all over the place its your battery.. the cells can make it do strange things..

If battery checks out then I'll bet you a day old donut its your negative connection.. do this test: where the negative terminal connects to battery take a razor knife and slice along it about 2" down, if you see green and funky corrosion pour some Coke on it and wire brush it, or if you have enough wire cut it down to good wire, attach terminal (or new one) and you should be in business..

my guess is its the battery.. they've been playing more and more tricks these days, my wifes van had identical problems i tested battery it checked out fine, tested alt./ fine.. replaced battery.......... problem disolved.....

Keep us posted..
