I went to 3 JY's the other day. No 703's at the first 2 yards but a bunch of them at the 3rd. yard. I got some from a 97 Neon and from a 99 Stratus. I know the 99 is not on the list, but it had them. I think they were both twin cam cars too, but not 100% sure about that because I looked at so many that day .

I know this is going to be a dumb question but I was thinking about doing this myself but I dont know what to look for. I think someone posted the 2001 XJ needs a 784 injector. What do I look for to know the injector is a 784 and what are you guys paying for these injectors at the JY?

Gives you an idea of the difference of what goes on inside.
Should net a lot better fuel economy all over. Going to be burning the fuel a lot better, thus requiring less fuel.

Good deal thanks for that. I will have to make a trip to the JY in a couple of weeks. I watched that video on youtube about the injector and I was shocked to see the difference in spray pattern. I can see how that would make a difference. Has anyone noticed any better MPG because of this upgrade or is it just better performance?

primarily it provides better throttle response. Many people see an increase in gas mileage though with new/cleaned injectors compared to their dirty/clogged stock injectors

The 789's are basically the exact same injector as the 784 except the color. You often see them interchanged in the same year/model Dodge vans. I've sold a few sets to people wanting a green injector to match their green XJ
