Default Diff is damaged what is going on ?

Ummm is there a problem I hear noises and feel vibration/grinding type feedback through the steering wheel from my diff, My diff was the only thing I didn't check when I water locked in the mini lake which was high enough to wiggle its way into my diff.

I did a quick change due to time constraints without removing the diff cover and this is what I found. There is probably no more than 6000 miles on this oil.

Check all your u-joints and pull the diff cover and inspect your ring, pinion, and side/spider gears.

Are showing us the Oil color, Cause that stuff looks clean to me. Diff Oil tends to Darken Very fast.

Pop the cover inspect the gears, inspect U-joints and Bearing, Diff and Wheel.
Post pics of the inside of the Diff, maybe someone will see something, you don't.

I still think water got into it because its was overflowing, last time when i filled it I did it till it was barely coming out and when i took the fill screw out it was over flowing all over the place.

Oh and everything external of my axle is fine no extreme u-joints, ball joints, or wheel bearing play

Did u check the fluid when it was hot? Fluid tends to expand when it heats up. Not sure if it would expand enough to pour out or not. But I would check it cool also.
