But then I have to figure best case scenario is it would but throw a code for the coil rail.
Cause I am assuming there is one.
Ill take a look at the way the stator and engine harnes plug for the stator work and rail plug work and will try to get it plugged in for you to let you know after i fix my no bus issues

As much as a I appreciate that I don't think you should.
I am mean completely getting rid of the coil rail. Just leave an unplugged connector in there.
Like I said uncharted territory here.
As much as I would love to know the outcome who knows what problems might be created by trying.
I think it's pretty ballsy even doing what you are doing. LOL.
As far as the No Bus might be best to treat it as an unrelated incident. To a point.
Did doing what you did blow a fuse that caused it? Etc.

Learned the TPS? What means?

Yeah, don't go too crazy with chasing the bus. See what the OBD II tells you. Check the braided ground cable on the firewall.

As an aside, I had disappearing cluster readings on a Dodge minivan. Turned out to be a broken solder joint that was a ground.

Since everything disappears, focus on grounds.
