Default Dipping high idle and bucking/jerking

96 Cherokee xj 4x4 140k. Jeep starts fine when cold but always idles in the 730-850 range. After warmed up it sometimes has trouble starting. It takes a couple tries cranking over (starting is NOT the main problem)
When its idling the RPMs dip down a little as if you cut air off for a split second and then it catches back up to itself. Occasionally it will stall out. after warmed up it doesn't lower RPMs to normal. When you drive it will be fine for about a 1/4 -1/2 a mile and then do subtle jolts, after driving for longer the jolts turn into bucks and progressively get more and more violent and persistent. let off the gas or punch it and the jeep still jolts at any speed or any gear. ALSO NO CODES.
I've done everything I can think of. here is the list of thing I've gone through and checked/replaced.
-fuel pressure test (45-49psi) even when running. no dip in psi over time
-fuel injectors. pulled fuel rail with injectors and cranked and all spay evenly
-fuel filter
fuel is out of question, right?
- new plus and wires
-new distributor cap and rotor assembly. made sure timing is correct also
spark out of question
- new tps
-new cps
-new 02 sensors
-cleaned throttle body (was clean when pulled)
-cleaned iac (iac wouldn't cause bucking right?)
- checked extensively for vacuum leak and couldn't find ANYTHING
-cleaned all grounds and electrical connections
-swapped MAP sensor with 2000 xj and no change
-removed valve cover and ran it, nothing seemed abnormal
still have no codes!!!

wondering if there could be a crack in the flywheel and that could throwing off the crank position sensor???
the dipping in rpms while idling makes me think that it cant be anything from the trans. also because it will do it in any gear and/or speed

Trying to get it fixed to take to WV for snowboarding trip so you guys are my only hope!!! anything that I haven't considered?
here is a link to a youtube video i took of it idling.
