@ door cherokee door removal?
I have manual windows mirrors and locks so all I would have to do is move the speakers inside. Does anyone know where I could find a write up on how to take the doors off my 2 door? has anyone done this? and do you all think it will look good? and what do I need to do about my rear view mirrors?

you just have to get some JY mirrors off whatever car you think might fit. fab up a mount for them, whatever.
good luck!

must have been cheap cut off wheels? I used a old rough one to do both my doors... dremel blades suck if thats what you used... i got mine taken off my 89... bout 30 min of work... no electric locks or windows either... i also found a roof mounted speaker bar at the JY and stuck it in my 2 door right where the stock light sits for easy wiring and rewired my speakers to them so the door ones dont matter anymore... also most states are different in laws... in GA there is no law against not having doors... only not having a mirror... and the cops will pull you over if you dont have a seat belt on... cant give you a ticket but they just do it so your late for work... actually i think GA's the only state left you dont have to have a seatbelt in a pickup/suv... Heres mine... goodluck!!

the 4 doors look good cut off too... ive seen pics... when fall comes around im just gonna have a canvas top made that buttons down... kinda like the military humvees with a slant to it... it wont be water tight completely but itll be enough... its been raining like crazy here to but i just toss a tarp over it... yeah the dremel blades aint worth a dang... maybe only small things... i used a "ziz wheel" to cut mine off pretty quick...

cutting its easy... i used a sawzall to cut the back pillats and the first parts of the roof since they are thicker... then used a jig saw with a metal blade to get a pretty straight cut across the top middle... cut the roof first then the pillars... as for moving the tailgate up... couldnt tell ya... wish i had kept mine to cut and make it work like a real tailgate by flipping down... need a net now... ive seen write ups on people cutting the backs off comanchee cabs and welding them in but its sooooo much work and just isnt worth it in my eyes... i would have just gotten a comanchee if i wanted that... i wanted a pickup with the option of back seats in the bed if i needed them... and thats what i got!
