That is what I think. The t-case are different so the shaft should be different.

ok so i went to the jy today and the got one out of a 99 and turns its a hair small so my ? is can i use my drive shaft off my 94 and the tail shaft off my 2000 it a inch long but my tail shaft has an extra 2inches that can go in to the tcase so is that possible to run that?
