Ok did some quick parts look-ups and what a difference.
I used 94 Wrangler Sahara (Has the 4.0L)
YJ: Pass. side brake cable total length: 71 3/4"
XJ: Pass. side brake cable total length: 53"
Difference of 18 3/4"
Whole foot and a half longer.
Maybe too long? Not if I get a little creative
Guess we'll have to see

These will work great and will be plenty long enough for just about about any lift height. A few tips I can think of as I have done this mod. First, the cables are almost too long so you need to be creative in how you run them. I ran them a little bit different then stock. Basically I crossed the cables and ran them to the opposite sides of the axle. I used zip ties to hold them in place, I also tied them together where they cross. Also a good trick to releasing the cable housing locking clips from the backing plates is to use a 13mm box end wrench. Just slide the box end of the wrench over the clip and pull, the cable out. It is a major PITA to get all 3 tabs collapsed without using the wrench.

UPDATE:
Purchased (2) 1994 Wrangler (YJ) passenger's side emergency/parking brake cables. BRAKEWARE # C2227
I needed to replace the rear brakes themselves, so now was a good time to upgrade the e-brake cables.
XJ 53"
YJ 71 3/4"
So there is more than enough length.
A visual for the difference in length:
First thing I noticed is there is more "drum side" length. The portion with the spring surrounding it. Not a BIG deal but did make it a little harder installing the shoes, but does not interfere with the workings of the brakes.
I did have to zip-tie them together at the center where the two cables met. I used ONE of the stock hanger springs. Why just one? Thats all that Mother Nature left me to play with.
So now they come out of drums, curve slightly and run UP, then turn and head forward to the mounts and the lever.
I replaced everything (except brake cylinder) The adjuster was the only problem. Not the adjuster itself but the spring/cable for the ratchet wheel. Brakeware's unit was almost 1/4 too long. The bar did not come close to contacting the wheel. Had to put the old ones back in.
I have new drums coming so I threw the old ones on after grinding the "lip" off of them.
Then crawled under and "went-to-town" on tighteneing the e-brake cable.
Took me about 4 trips from UNDERNEATH to the BRAKE LEVER. But it is in and working fine.
We will see if it satisfies state inspection.

Yes but remember that you need two of them (YJ passenger side) to replace both sides of yours from the split on back, both left & right.
