Ok...I found the schematics in this older thread.
https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f2/ele...rature-145386/
The schematic shows the relay being controlled by the ECM on the ground side. If you jump the relay to a ground on the ground side and the fan comes on the circuit running the fan is good. That just leaves the wiring from the computer to the relay in question.
To check that you can remove the connector at the computer and pull the relay and see if you get continuity between the relay and the pin on the connector. You should get good continuity. If you don't, then you might have a burnt wire from the computer to the relay. If you do, then I would check the pin in the connector and the ECM to make sure they are clean and not loose. Maybe spray the connector with air and use a light wire brush and spray with air again.
If you find all that is good you might then have a bad switch in the ECM...uggg.

He was busy so i left his garage with AC on and the fan started normally again, i went to another electrician shop he has a chrysler scanner and i arrived to his shop with the fan on, we shut down the jeep and we attached it to the scanner and many CEL showed up (he said that is due to many work done on the fan electricity so its normal), we reset the pcm from all cel, cleaned the body ground, did a test on the connector fan relay wire and it kicked (so the wire is not fried) , we cleaned the pcm connector (there are only 2 connectors not 3) with some spray..
I left the shop and did the test over 20 times and the fan is kicking each time i activate the AC, so far so good, hope it will remain working.
Electrician said there a work around this problem, in case the fan stopped again we dont need to change the pcm but we can install a ("fiat 85-90 degrees)" thermostat on the radiator (there is a nut for that) and connect it to the fan relay wire (dk blue/pnk color by the way) and the system will work normally without Any cel...
So now im on testing mode, i took the jeep and installed a kenwood sound system as a reward to myself,,, hoping the jeep will be happy and makes the fan last forever

Here we go, i gathered many wires diagram for the relay and the pcm pins last night and i woke up and started the jeep this morning and tuned AC on, the fan worked normally, i drove it to the electrician (1km away from my home) and when i reached his garage the fan stopped (with AC switch on).

Not sure about this. I have replaced with Rusty's components. All very beefy and hold up good. But maybe some of the other guys can speak to these swaps.
This is my next upgrade.
