A number of reconditioned Bosch injectors are available. They have various flow rates As I recall the OEM flow rate for a 4.0 is approximately 23lb/hr.
It might be useful to look at info like that above to see if the injectors you are considering will meet your, and the engine's, needs ( it can only "trim" so much)
