EF33 Flasher relay under dash
The 3 prong EF33 that is a silver metallic relay that plugs in to a harness under the dash below the steering wheel. Is it designed to be hot (not warm) to the touch when the vehicle is running? All the directional and 4 ways operate normally. Thanks...

Hot might be OK. (I don't know). One stile flasher uses a by-metal arm with a heater wire on it. When it get's hot the points open then, as it cools the points close, repeat....
