by picture I assume you have a 97+ when you say gauges I assume you mean they are not functioning, did you check both fuse boxes? do you smell anything burnt? how long ago did it happen? did you install something electrical recently?

It's the Ignition Off Draw (IOD) fuse in the Power Distribution Center (PDC) in the engine bay. Look inside the cover of the PDC and it will show the location of the IOD fuse. Replace it.
