Default Electrical Gremliins

I have a 2000 xj cherokee and have experienced a problem that goes as quick as it appeares.
Every now and then i turn the key and the engine fires and runs perfectly but the abs and brake warning lamp stay on and i have no radio or electric windows. If i turn the engine off and wait a couple of seconds before turning the key again the engine starts normally and the warning lights go out and and i get the radio and electric windows back, anyone had this problem before and can anyone shed some light on this problem.
Gary.

You may have an ignition switch problem.
