Default Electrical issues

Hello. This is my first post here so sorry if this breaks any rules here. I have a 1999 Cherokee Classic 4 door with 119k. It is having electrical problems where if i try to roll the windows down (they are power), it causes the stereo, cigarette lighter, and windows to all stop working. This happens a lot right after i turn the engine on, but gets less and less frequent as the car runs longer. Recently I have also noticed that it can happen when i use the windshield wipers or just randomly when driving. I have also discovered that to fix it you must carefully fiddle with the key in the ignition while keeping it in the "on" position. I have also noticed that the problem does not happen when the key is turned back into the "accessory" position. Thanks, and I hope this helps me diagnose the problem.

Sounds like a bad ignition switch.
