Default Electrical problem!! Help pls!!

Ok guys so I just found some out. Hoping somebody can help me out. So since I bought the jeep, turn signals don't work with lights in jeep. Only work when lights are off. The other day it was showing NO BUS (lights were on in jeep). So today I was messing around with it, then come to realize that the cluster fails to work when I turn on lights. Check out the video.

X2 on what BillyBoy said....bad grounds help sell a lot of un-needed parts you don't always need...

I noticed that the fuel quantity and voltmeter do not fail when the headlamps are turned on, and the NO BUS does not show in the odometer. True?

It does come on. I've seen it 3 times then it goes away. Also the check engine light came on. Took it to get it scanned, not much help but a bunch of printed paper of what could be problem and how to solve it. But it doesn't make sense cuz it's saying the TCM is bad, but I don't understand what the TCM has to do with all this other electrical problem.

If you could post the Diagnostic Trouble Codes ("P" codes) here we could help you out. What you just posted doesn't help a all.

FYI: Concerning the NO BUS - If the TCM is bad it could corrupt the CCD Bus.

P1694 Fault In Companion Module - No CCD/J1850 messages received from the powertrain control module-Aisin transmission

P1694 (M) No CCD Messages received from ECM - Bus communication failure to PCM.

(M) indicates the CEL is on.

It looks like there may be a fault in the TCM that is corrupting the CCD Bus.

You can try to isolate the TCM by unplugging it and see if the problem clears.

Where is the TCM located? It's a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4x4

You think that would make the gauges act up like that? And not let my turn signals work?

Here's P1694 from the 2001 diagnostics manual.

P1694-CCD MESSAGE FROM JTEC FAILURE

When Monitored and Set Condition:

P1694-CCD MESSAGE FROM JTEC FAILURE

When Monitored: Continuously with the key on.

Set Condition: No CCD bus messages or invalid CCD bus messages arereceived from the PCM for 20 seconds.

POSSIBLE CAUSES:

INTERMITTENT WIRING AND/OR CONNECTORS

CCD BUS (+) CIRCUIT OPEN TO PCM

CCD BUS (-) CIRCUIT OPEN TO PCM

TCM - CCD BUS OPEN

There could be an issue with the TCM or the instrument cluster, or bad grounds in the engine bay.

When you see the NO BUS, instruments dead, try hitting the top of the dash to see if the instruments come back.

The association with the headlamps may be a bad ground.

If you want to try disconnecting the TCM, remove the trim panel and knee blocker from under the steering column. You can see the TCM to the right of the steering column (see pic).

Before disconnecting the TCM, remove the battery negative post connector.

Reconnect battery and see what happens.

If the TCM disconnect makes no difference you should address the ground points in the engine bay.

TCM looks like this:
