ENGINE PROBLEMS...SHAKES... Has hard time accelerating until it clears. Help?

Ok... finally think im getting some headway on this problem. It looks to me to be a distributor cap/ ignition coil cap problem. That is, as far as I have seen from posts on youtube and other forums. I am ordering a coil cap tonight and hope to replace in the next few days. Ill update when I know for certain. Thanks for the help all.

Check out the injector wiring harness. Rubbing against the fuel rail can cause shorts that will contribute to three of those codes. Pay special attention to where it jumps from the firewall to the engine. Peel back the tape and loom covering and inspect the wires themselves.
