ENGINE PROBLEMS...SHAKES... Has hard time accelerating until it clears. Help?

Ok... finally think im getting some headway on this problem. It looks to me to be a distributor cap/ ignition coil cap problem. That is, as far as I have seen from posts on youtube and other forums. I am ordering a coil cap tonight and hope to replace in the next few days. Ill update when I know for certain. Thanks for the help all.

Ok ... Replaced ignition coils. Problem still remained. So I replaced all fuel injectors. Has been running fine for 600 miles. I think the problem is fixed. May have to replace rail and wiring harness if it starts up again. But it appears the problem is fixed. Thanks for the help. Wooohoooo!
