Engine pull question
First engine pull on a jeep. My question. .. can I pull the engine with the Trans attached? Or do I have to do the whole disconnect thing?
I'm scrapping the Jeep and want to save the engine and parts.
As always, any help is appreciated.

No sorry. Headlights, grill, fiberglass panel that houses them, core support, hood support.... Everything in the front that's between the two fenders. Its called a header panel

Like they said, once the header panel, radiator and condenser are out of the way, you will see that there is plenty of room to pull out the motor and trans. If the hoist won't reach back far enough, remove the bumper as well to move it forward.
