Engine stalls
Ok first off I am thinking tps. When I am driving at normal speed it runs fine. As soon as I come to a stop sign or light the rpm drops to 100 to 300 and stalls. Anyone else have the same that happened or know what it is?

I have used a rubber hose to plug the hole once when my IAC was stuck open, it idled just fine.

once the throttle is open over idle the IAC will close then as the throttle comes back to idle it takes over again
throttle bodies don't allow air to pass at the idle position like a carb
the IAC controls it all

There is another by-pass hole near the IAC by-pass that provides idle speed, where the map sensor vacuum line is plugged to.
