Heck no we're not done, not until someone finds/posts a info link that says whether or not premium contains ethanol. I want to know if "premium is 100% gas" can be debunked. LOL

Around here it does, there are only two ethanol free stations in NJ. One is shutting down this month.

Excellent link and one more to add to the list that debunks the posts at the beginning of this thread saying that premium is all gas and no ethanol.

You know it also explains why it runs better too if you consider the water contamination

I think the question of premium having ethanol will be a state by state and or company by company decision.
Exxons in NC, at least near me have a sigh saying "contains Ethanol" I don't remember if it says 10%. It doesn't say just regular or midgrade either and I have run a mid grade once and could smell the ethanol in it.

Ethanol is usually anywhere from 2-15% of your gas. It depends on the transportation company as does additives. So the E10 sticker may be wrong, it may have 2% or 15%. Never know.

Most of the pumps in the stations I've visited in NC state that the product MAY contain up to 10% ethanol, not whether it does or doesn't and the labels don't distinguish between grades.
