Well it's back together & running great. And when I say great ,I mean quiet as hell with great power. Did 2 oil changes at 5 & 20 minutes of idling.
My mechanic friend forgot to plug the CPS together, causing the no start.
After that, the alternator was frozen. Replaced with a HO version.
Check out drive for a day, then starter(new rebuild) would not crank engine.
Hit with screwdriver handle.time will tell.
Can't figure what made a 1 year old starter with a few dozen starts freeze up.
Time to drive this thing.

Jeep is running great!
Had to replace both calipers after second & long final checkout drive.
One caliper started locking. Had to pull over to let it cool off.
This was the same intermittent problem that caused all these problems in the first place.
I spent a lot of time on this, between research, parts & actually working on it. 2 months total.
Thanks for reading, and if you have any questions feel free to contact me.

Your are right on the $ Turbo.
Parts store did not have them in stock the day I did the calipers.
Going with stainless lines for 3" lift after the winter. I'm going to replace or go disk in the rear then also.
