Look at rough country (roughcountry.com. They have all sorts of lifts cheap and they are used a lot on jeeps here. I'd recommend full leaf packs, which raise the cost to $600, but if you can't go that high, you can get Add A Leafs (AAL) in the kit cheaper.

This is a quick recommendation based on your primary issue ($). the debate about quality, performance, etc. is neverending. please do a thread search to get caught up on all the experience and opinion in this forum.

For exhaust, do you need just the muffler or a cat-back exhaust (from Catalytic Converter back)? I got a full catback for $75 when dynamax when it was on sale, so I'd recommend checking for dals if you can. Why do you need a new exhaust? What year Cherokee do you have?

Well, lookie here: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/WLK-17340/. Turns out they are still running the deal! If you're trying to do it on the cheap, you're in luck. If you're looking primarily for sound, airflow, or some other reason, dig into the forum. Again, there is tons of info here for you to take advantage of if you search for it.

i was in the same boat so i just bought a magnaflow muffler since i couldnt afford the whole system and it gives me pretty good results for $60... and you can either create your own lift or buy a BB for cheap

i have the dynomax on my 88 XJ. in terms of sound, it's slightly higher than the stock exhaust. but it's good enough

run a cherry bomb glass pack. i love the sound of mine, $30 cant beat that! plus i has a mandrel bend tail pipe bent at a shop for $45 (plus tip, he was a good guy)

look on craigslist for lift stuff! i got a new set of slightly used springs for $55 (5" lift packs and i added and mismatched a few leafs to give me a total lift of 6.5")
