See my shot up top. The bottoms where the aftermarket tint is not covering the windows. My build sheet says tinted glass too. Could have fooled me. There is also a Privacy Glass option. That is what I think the top glass is.

I think Ralph hit the nail on the head.
"Tinted" per the factory would describe almost any auto glass. There is a slight tint, UV screening, etc.
What most of us would call "tinted", the factory specifies "Privacy glass" or something to that effect.

I was going to get all the tints removed and replaced. Couple years ago I think the quote was $250. Might have been $200. Can't remember. Now this is the go to place in the area. So last summer I came across a Jeep in the boneyard with the, what I am going to call, privacy glass. $200 for all the glass. $100 to my glass guy to remove the rear defogger window in the boneyard Jeep and put it in my Jeep. $33 for the rear window molding from my Jeep Dealership. I did the rear door glass and the cargo area glass. Figure yes it cost more. But I can't rip it, scratch it, won't fade, etc. So glad I did that instead.

I enclosed a shot of part of the job. See the crappy turned purple tint in the cargo bay window and the privacy glass rear door glass that I had replaced at that point. And that side when finished.

Appreciate the input. My build sheet lists: Tinted Windshield Glass - Front Door Tinted Glass - Tinted Rr Drs/Qtr/Liftgate Glass. I understand from the difference between the front and the rear along with the purpling of the rear tint that I was peeling off an aftermarket product. I was hoping that it was a factory tint option as I thought that the light tint percentage and slight purpling was a good match with the Gunmetal Pearl. Still tint on four rear windows to remove this weekend. I won't be replacing the stuff.
If you are unfamiliar with where to find your 1998+ build sheet as I was an hour ago:
