Exclamation Floor board problems??

Have any of you guys had your floor board rust out... just noticed today that right between my backseat and my passeger seat there is a little hole justed all the way through??

Yep got the same problem... find more and more spots the more I look at it. Initially thought it was just on the passenger side, right above the muffler... but have since found some on the driverside as well.

I think Belto did a fix on a couple of holes too with some boat fiberglass matting.

I used the same stuff on my driver's side floor board. If the patch work is small enough, I like to use fiberglass so I know that spot will NEVER rust again. Ever.

I have a rule of thumb. If it will still be hard to put a beer can through the hole then fiberglass is fine if the can will fall through without touching the edges then you need to cut a patch panel and weld it in place.

im starting to look more and more places but that is on the back of my agenda right now.. ive just banned people from sitting there for now.. i have to re mount that back portion of my exhast because of the hole and than im goin to patch it.. but the exhast comes first i feel like if i hit a bump its going to fall offf.
