I just had a flowmaster 40 put on my 96 and I love the way it sounds. I had a new complete exhuast done from header back tho.

Cut the studs on the old flange w/ sawsall, it will pop right off. Buy a new flange:

Does the new flange need to be welded on to the muffler? Is there a flange that clamps on?
