Are they OEM (stock) or aftermarket fogs?

I see you have two threads going for the same issue. If there's no power at the lamps then any one of switch, wiring, relay or fuse may be bad. I guess you'll have to do some probing...

^^X2, you have a voltmeter? If not, as an XJ owner, YOU MUST HAVE A VOLTMETER!!!!! Even a cheap $20.00 one will help you solve COUNTLESS problems on your XJ. Good Luck!

No I don't have a voltmeter (I'm new to jeeps and broke) but I think it's the fuse cues I seem to be missing a few

I will bet money that you installed them wrong if you wired the aftermarket lamps to your stock wiring. Black is hot ,blue is ground. Hook your red lamp wire to the black stock wire and the black lamp ground wire to your blue stock wire.

Yes we know what a fuse is, please don't come on here and ask for help then insult us. If you think it is a fuse, google whatever year your jeep is and fuse box. You should get a diagram

I am not sure he was asking if we know what a fuse is, he was asking if we know what fuse it is.... but yes, google can be your friend when searching stuff out. If your fuse box does not have a diagram then do what I do, just pull them all one at at time making sure there are no blown ones. But there should be a diagram in the fuse box.

Oh ok, I'm sorry to the original poster. I misread. Good luck with your problem.
