I want to mount my new off road lights where the old (missing) fog lights were on the front bumper. Is there any way to get to the old mounts without taking off the bumper? Those bumper bracket bolts are a beast to get to.

 

It will be a lot easier with the bumper off, come on its only 3 bolts per side lol

13mm in a universal with an extension. that's how i did it

 

Thanks! The old brackets are pretty rusted up so I guess it's off with the bumper.
