Front coil springs question - budget lift
Hey,
Hope to get some feedback on this.
Been looking around for a used set of front coil springs and had a couple of questions.... Going after a 4.5" ot 5" lift.
Will these work the same?
A set of ZJ 3.5", these should give about 4.5" on the XJ, correct?
Or
A set of XJ 3" and I have 2" spacers for 5".
Not sure if I would get much better performance with just springs than springs with spacers.
Trying to fit 33's, budget for springs - $100.. I already have 2" spacers.
Your thoughts??
Thanks...

Spacers will not really change the ride you have now other than the control arm angle- mine I didn't really notice much difference from the 3" RC springs and the 3" springs + 1.5" of spacer.
The ZJ coils may net you more than 4.5" though as the ZJ front end is heavier- lift springs for a ZJ may give you a bit more height than the "advertised" lift.
