Default Front end bushings

I have a 92 xj with 6" lift after market trac bar, and stabilizer shock. My question is I am pretty sure all of the bushings on the front end are shot. What is the easiest way to replace them all? Should I take it in or should I order a complete bushing set? I've got some serious death wobble issues and cant go over 35 mph. I was looking into the iron rock heavy duty over knuckle steering conversion. Along with a new stabilizer any opinions on the steering conversion? Is it worth it?
