Default Front end grinding whirring noise

Not sure what it is so if someone can help out that would be great. It only happens when turning to the left. Sounds like its coming from the front passenger side. New pads and rotors were put on about a month ago. Then this started up this weekend. Not sure what to make of it. First few seconds you'll hear just the brake pads but as soon as I start turning you'll hear the grinding noise.

This is the only way I was able to upload a video of it so I apologize.

Man that thing is noisey.

I'd start by pulling the wheel back off and taking a look at the recent brake job.

It's either going to be something to do with the brakes or the unit bearing/wheel bearing on that side.

Jack the front of the Jeep up off the ground and spin the wheel by hand. It'll either spin smooth or you'll hear a grind in it.

Pull the wheel and post some pictures.

With it making that much noise the issue is probably pretty obvious.

Default drivers side front wheel grinding when turning left

OK so when I turn left my front drivers side wheel grinds and slows the vehicle to a stop unless I floor it what could be causing this I don't see anything rubbing and the CV boots look new. Also my passenger side wheel on the front doesn't spin in neutral could the be a bad caliper? I have a 99 grand Cherokee 4 wheel all time 4.7

Well I found the root cause for mine. The splash shield behind the passenger front rotor was rusted and snapped and was bent. That was rubbing against something. So I cut off the lower half of it and problem solved. It also appears that the inside ring of my rotor is ever so slightly rubbing on the knuckle. Barely but enough to make a little noise.
