front end noise... help!!

front end noise... help!!
I'm getting pretty bad noise coming from the front end at speeds of 35+... At first I thought my 4wd wasn't disengaging, but I've ruled that out (lifted front end and spun the wheels, no DS movement)... I know I'm at least slightly out of alignment since I've recently replaced my tie rod. Could this be causing the noise?
