Use a lot more pb! Turn the impact driver up and let it rock!! If unable to remove any
other way try heat, it may have Loc tite and heat is the way to get it to release plus
heat with pb breaks loose the rust.

THe nut is supposed to be welded.
I have lifted two Jeeps one I had no problem with.
The other oh boy. It was some work.
First the weld nut broke. Ok so I cut a hole in the (FRAME RAILS) lol to get to it. (HIND SITE I would have cut the hole from above instead of below) Put a wrench on it and started working it out. Well after the nut was no longer holding it on. It still would not come out. It would turn and turn all day but would not come out.
The bolt was siezed to the bushing. So there for ya need a 4 1/2 in angle grinder. ANd starting with the rear part of the bolt you cut. On side of the spring perch. Once you are half way through turn the bolt and start on the other side.
Repeat for the front and eventually you will get it out.
If you look in my thread at the bottom you will see what I did. with pics. I have no clue what page. But I documented my whole build.

if you end up having to cut it because it's siezed to the leave spring bushing (I had to cut both of mine). make sure you back it all the way out of the nut first so you don't have to cut through your floor. yes, it'll bend the bracket out a little bit, but it'll bend right back and you don't end up with holes in your jeep.

[QUOTE=Diesel;634845]No. Please stop posting if you dont have any idea whats going on. It is supposedly tac welded inside the frame rail.
Sorry! Your link said you wanted to get the bolt out! I was not aware you wanted to remove the nut! I was under the impression that you were going to remove the bolt and leave the nut in place.

I wasnt trying to be rude, I apologize.
I put XJStrykers name in the title because apparently he has had this problem before.
I should have explained more, once again, no disrespect intended.
