Default Front Suspension Rattle on Passenger Side

New to this forum but have been reading it off and on for a while now. I will keep this as short as possible. I have a 2001 Cherokee Sport 4WD that I bought about 12 years ago. Drove it a lot to begin with but not so much in the past few years due to an accumulation of stuff wearing out and needing replaced. Plus, I have couple of old cars, one I'm currently restoring. Anyway, earlier this year I decided to get the Cherokee back on the road and one of the issues I've been chasing is front suspension clunks, pops, and one annoying rattle. I know this is very common to these Cherokees.

In the past couple of years I replaced upper and lower control arms, ball joints, sway bar to frame bushings, front brake calipers, rotors, hoses, etc. This year I've replaced all tie rod ends but one and it's tight. I also replaced the crappy adjustable track bar with a new forged Rough Country piece with new frame bracket which done away with the tie-rod end and factory bracket. I also replaced the front axle u-joints and the u-joint for the drive shaft to pinion yoke. After all of this I got rid of the knocks and pops but I still have a rattle coming from the passenger side front. On smooth pavement it doesn't do it, but if I hit a rough spot in the road or when I pull off onto my driveway which is gravel, I get this rattle. When I back up leaving my drive it rattles. I'm beginning to think it could be something loose in the shock. I mean this is a loud rattle and sounds like something is really loose and about to fall off. I had somebody ride in the passenger side to see if it could be felt in the floorboard and it can't be.

I've gone over all of the control arm bolts and everything else except for sway bar end links which seem to be tight. I replaced the shocks 3 or 4 years after I bought it but they don't have that many miles on them. Whatever it is, it doesn't do it if the suspension moves a lot, but only when it moves a little. It's definitely coming from the passenger side suspension and maybe the shock area. The top bushings are tight. Anybody have this particular issue?
