fuel Injector elec conn locks
2001 4.0 XJ
3 of my electrical connectors for the injectors are missing the little brown "locks" that you push down once the connector is on.
I have had no luck findingthem online,, is this a junk yard only item??

Brown or red?
Cause I think on my '00 they are red if we are talking about the same thing.
If we are boneyard only and don't even worry about them.
As a matter of fact I have a few broken ones and tried to get some out of the boneyard.
Just for the hell of it. Never could figure out how to get them off and snapped them when I tried.
My thinking is they are more for when the Jeep is manufactured at the factory.
So connectors don't come off as she is going down the line.

My older Renix uses the little wire clips. Some were gone a long time. No problems with the connectors coming off. Last year, I discovered some corrosion causing one cylinder to drop out every now and them. I ended up buying replacement connectors and spliced them all in. They came with new clips.
