Its a defect on the edge of a "giant" hole..that the plastic injector tip might go into..that plastic does not seal against the inner hole. The effort to repair it is not nearly worth the price of a new manifold

So I went ahead and installed everything as is. Those that were saying it wouldn't matter were right. No leaks, everything runs great! Thanks everyone!
