A signal does not go to the injector per se. One side gets power (check that with a multimeter) while the wire of the other side is grounded by the PCM (check the resistance (integrity) of that with the multimeter).

Check the connector, and the wiring for that injector. I wouldve done that before throwing parts at it.

In particular, look at the wiring harness where it transitions from the engine to the firewall.

For the sake of learning, let's take that list one at a time:
  1. ECM -Yes, it's theoretically possible that the ECM could have been the cause, but that's probably the LAST thing you would do since it's pretty expensive.
  2. Injectors - No, there's no possible way that replacing the injectors would fix a problem with signal to one injector.
  3. coil pack - No possible connection to your problem. None. What were you thinking?
  4. camshaft position module - Same as #3. No possible connection.
So what have we learned? Firing the parts cannon is a very expensive method of fixing problems. It wastes time an money. Stop it.

Think, test, and think some more.

Now, tell us why you think that one injector is not getting signal? What testing have you done that led you to that conclusion?
