However this noob offered more then one solution and started with least costly. Buy new Injecters and be down $300 only to find that its as simple as adjusting the regulator or had to replace rings.
Anyone can state the obvious. But to offer more then one solution... That does not sound like a noob.

ya injectors are new neon ones.
if one of them is leaking that could be it.
so maybe one of the new ones is seeping...
didnt know about the FPR i may have to tinker with that and see what gives. could be dumping more fuel than it needs to be.
Thanks for the input guys

Mopar, It looks to me like he was talking about himself.
When I had an injector or two bleeding off the system pressure when the engine was off, it would miss and stumble for a few seconds on a warm restart. You might try letting is sit a few minutes hot, then start it without revving it or touching the petal and see if it misses.
I suppose a pinhole in the FPR diaphragm could let fuel in. Would expect a manifold full of gas to flood it starting though. Then also if you were topping off the tank, fuel could "find egress" through the evap system. Injectors.

ill try that this weekend as im not driving it at the moment.
i do know that everything fuel hat wise in the tank has been replaced about a year ago by PO.
he ordered a whole new fuel hat... wondering if the FPR came with it on that... maybe just since it's new its putting those injectors to the test.
but ill def pull the rail and check it out.
thanks
