Default Fuel problem

Hey everyone. I have a 98 xj sport with 191k on the clock, and it's my daily driver/weekend warrior. Problem is, it died while driving this week. Took it home, changed both the filters in the fuel tank and that didn't fix anything. It will start if you prime the pump several times, but dies quickly after. Not sure what to do next. Anybody have any suggestions?

Sounds like you need start by checking your fuel pressure.

Yep. You can rent a gauge from Autozone, for free. Start there.

Fixed the problem. After going through the whole fuel system(pump, lines, filters), I got the wild idea to check out my crank position sensor. Turns out that was the problem. New one in and she fired right up again.
