Ok, so I have this feeling (bent axle and now slight vibration) that I am going to need a new rear end, instead of re-building, what do you thing about going for all different axles in general? Extreame 4x4 favors yota axles, My buddy favors Ford out of like a 1st gen bronco, (due to the fact that you dont have to cut them down)

If you want to go to heavier axles there are a couple of options. If you are satisfied with your D30 front and are not going to run a tire over 33" then you would do well wilth the 29 spline Chrysler 8.25 or the XJ D44. Both are bolt ins, no mods necessary. Lots of aftermarket support for D44s, less for the 8.25.
If you go for the Bronco axles, then you are going to have to get the welder out. It won't be a ten minute swap, but if you are thinking of wheeling big then these will be an excellent swap. They are wider, but if you are say running a 38" tire then you will need to be wider so you can turn sharp without rubbing. Also, you can use the stock radius arms and then weld up a track bar bracket and have most of it licked. There is tons of aftermarket support for the 9" Ford, and very tough also.

some people think Axle and think the actual interal rod that goes from the gears to the wheel, others think axle as the whole rear end, I was being specific so there was less confusion, sorry if it wasnt to your standards.

thank you, I was looking for a bolt in, I want a beafer axle though, so that will be fine, thanks
