Default Fuse Slot #3, Cabin, 1996 XJ Sport?
What the heck is supposed to plug into #3 PWR ACCY? A mini fuse won't go, neither will an ATO. Ended up using a blade connector and an inline fuse (key on hot side).
If you look close, the center is raised higher than the other fuse slots and prevents a standard fuse from insertion. Is there some other kind of fuse or circuit breaker that can go in there?

Spade connector to power non factory accessories would be my guess.
