Im curious, how are you getting your speedo and gps spot on?? i have an 01 with 30x9.5 with 1.5in lift (had the same numbers before i lifted it) and i dont know exactly how off it is exactly, about 1mphish, but for every 100miles driven i've actually driven 103miles...thats weird. cuz i really could get that extra mpg...cuz i already drive like a granny and i average about 16-17mpg

While reading this I couldnt help but wonder if people are in areas where they use ethanol in the fuel. I know here in Pa its pretty much standard and they say that it can rob 1 gallon per 20 if I remember correctly. Thats alot of loss epically at 3.09 a gallon like it is here right now. XJ's at there best stock will get 20, add all the stuff most people on this site do to there Jeep and 12-15mpg isnt really that off of where you should be, espically when they are kinda snappy and fun to put your foot into it every once and awhile. Look into Startron fuel additive, it does something that helps with the ethnol problem and I have been running it the past 3 tanks of gas. I will post numbers of mpg when I see a pattern developing. No matter what these Xj's arent gonna get good milage so we cant be upset over it.
