Dec 2008 I drove my 99' from MA to FL on $95... Gas was $1.60-$1.90. I figure I got 22-24mpg.

the op is asking for normal MPG's. 22-24 is not even close to normal. please dont lead him on, be realistic.

I have no idea what is "normal", but our '98 4x4 auto, which is pretty much stock averages 18-20 consistently with around 140k on the clock... under normal use... That's with the wife driving it mostly, and more highway than city... Still I think that's pretty good. My Ram averages 13 on a good day, and my V6 Malibu averages 25 on a bad day...

MY 94 4.0 gets about 13-14, but I drive it rough and have bigger tires.

Highway 17 - 20 depending on speed. Around 68 mph = 20 MPG, 70+ drops it to 17/18 MPG. Has been consistant last 8,000 miles.

Depends on what kind of mood your rig is in. If mine is happy and not p***ed off, then she gets around 20, sometimes 21-22 mpg highway and around 17 city. When she is mad for whatever reason, then I can get maybe 18 highway and 15 city. It all depends on if she is on her cycle or not.
