Default General questions about RE kits...

Okay, after looking at a billion lifted Cherokee pictures, I've decided that I really like the look of 3.5" of lift. I've decided on the RE 3.5" kit. The problem I have is deciding between the Super Flex and Super Ride kits.

I've never been off roading, and it seems that right now I am more interested in the cosmetic look of a lifted Cherokee. This, however, doesn't mean I won't someday wish to off road, so these kits are upgradeable right? (Coil spacers, Leaf blocks.. SYE, Driveshaft etc.)

From what I can see, the only difference between the two kits are the quick disconnects. Do I need the flex kit? It is $200 more! Do I need shims or TC drop? Do these kits include EVERYTHING I need?

Thank you!

the superflex kit runs a flex joint at the frame end of the lower control arms like this:

this allows the suspension to articulate (flex) more. being as you are more interested in the look and on-road ability of the jeep i would get the super ride kit. it has rubber bushings at both ends so it will ride a bit smoother as well.

the kits come with everything you need EXCEPT shocks, you will need them for this lift kit

Awesome man! You've cleared it all up for me. As far as upgrading this kit goes, is it as simple as SYE, coil spacers, lift blocks?
