All the stock replacements I've looked at around here are at least $200 and I would have to get a new electronic fan since the lower mounts broke its been getting against on of my pulleys and looks like a rats been eating on it due to that

I had that. I couldn't figure out that sound for the life of me. Then I noticed that the fan was damaged.

Yeah mines pretty bad I'll try to get a pic up later to show how bad that is and I'm pretty sure that's what part of the problem is

OP,I would pull a electric fan from a junk yard.
They are pretty durable.
Test it with your battery onsite.
