The reason I run a glasspack is they are small(therefore wont get hit) and if they do get hit, they are tough enough to survive.
I ripped off two regular mufflers on mild trails but once the glasspack went on i never lost another one. And can't beat 30$ for an almost indestructible part.

the only one i have heard has no cat in front of it and is awful.......i'm sure the cat helps the sound alot...i got a flowmaster 40 on mine sounds like an 8 up til about 2,000rpm

If you have only heard one then don't be saying it sounds like ****. I've heard about 5 and I didn't like them much but mine sounds different, but that's also MY opinion.

I like the sound I had with mine but the MAIN reason I did was simply the strength.
Its nice that I like it though. lol

glass pack? ohh man. youre gonna hate it when the fiberglass burns up. i have a cherrybomb glass pack with the FG all burned up. it sounds miserable

I thought my cousin's 2000 with glasspack was too loud, but i dont like loud vehicles for DD and trail rigs so thats my opinion. Reminds me of the biker episode of south park lol

Mine wasnt that bad. lol, but I also dont rev at stop lights and I dont rev very high.
