Pretty sure that goes to the Vacuum switch on the Transfer case for the Vac Disco. The line for the cruse is probably a small one coming from the ball. See it's red.

Little hard to see Pete, that's a red line going down from the Y. About no doubt the right tube goes to the intake, and that stub should go to the bottle.
