Has anyone had any experience with "Gorilla" brand winches? I'm asking because I found a good deal on a new 8,000 lb waterproof wired/wireless for $150. Do they work deciently and how about longevity? Thanks in advance...

Seems cheap to me... and remember the sayings... "You get what you pay for" and "If it seems to good to be true it probably is". Yes it might be cheap but it will probably burn up quicker than a good name brand winch. After you keep replacing the gorilla winch with another because they are cheap... you could have saved up and purchased a good winch.
A winch could mean the difference of driving off the trail... or walking off the trail..

I did my research on the sites themselves and thought that the best way to compare was to list their gearing and their line pull per wrap and the HP rating of each and then pick.
I chose MileMarker because it fit my needs. You need to decide what you want a winch to do for you and it's dependability, then choose.
