I found all sorts of good stuff:
New shifter boot
New passenger mirror
Spare tire bolt
New seat belt for driver's seat (yeah i've been driving 2 years with a bad belt, including snow driving)
New headlight hood (Driver's side)
New foglight (driver's side)
Assorted screws, bolts.
A new window crank for left passenger's side (I should post a howto for getting door panels off, I'll do that wednesday)
Just kinda wander around your jeep and look for any parts that could use replacing. It's like grocery shopping, but for your jeep. BTW your renix should be able to use parts from just about every year. I was pulling parts off a '93 for mine. This is a good time to get replacement parts for those nitpick things that are wrong, no matter how small.
WHEN JEEPS DIE, DO THEY GO TO HEAVEN?

Look for heavier duty axles, D44 and 8.25 if you have a D30 or 35.
Look for previously modded Jeeps where guys left $$ parts on them...I found an older MJ that had 3" front springs and spacers...I pulled them off and sold them to a guy on CL for 3x what I paid for them (saving up for a light bar, lights, new tow hooks etc...)
Typical parts that you should have around/look for. For a 2000 youll need to look 98 and up for certain parts, most notably body parts and misc. electrical/engine:
Radiator
A/C pump, you'll need a 134a compressor for your 2000
Tie Rod Ends
Spare Headlights/Fog Lights
Rear Wiper Motor
Rear Washer Fluid Pump
Lug Nuts (I always keep a few in my tool box)
Brakes (I found a mint set of rotors for my '01 the other day)
Full Size Spare Wheel and Tire
Obviously there is alot more but have fun with it...I always carry a can of P.B. Blaster and a heavy ball peen hammer for those stubborn rusty parts...
