You're welcome. I don't remember which one it comes on. Watch way to many Powerblock shows and others to remember which. I think the new Mustangs have them too among others.

After you said that, I searched Jeep JK drive shaft and found this pic. This is what I had in mind. And here's a pic of the joint that has been taken apart.
And then like you already know, this is the double cardan joint, which is also called a cv joint

just so you all know any U joint is a cardan joint
and a CV type joint or the double cardan like on the front drive shaft
has a CV joint in it its the little ball joint between the two u joints
a CV joint will turn the shafts at the same speed for the entire revolution
on a u joint shaft the shaft will change speed as it turnes that why its not a CV
and not all CV joints are week some are way better than A u joint but require more maintenance
