Hard pull, uneven wear, and misaligned tires.

Anyway. At speeds above let's say 10mph it pulls right pretty decently. At 35+ I can do a hands free lane change in about two seconds. My left front tire is much more worn than anywhere else, and when you sit in front on the Jeep looking at the tires the front right tire is turned more to the right than the front left.
Will an alignment take care of this, or am I looking at balljoints or something else suspension related? The uneven wear is causing shaking and noise, and I want to fix the problem before I replace the tires.
Thank you.

No, it's cold as heck outside so I've put it off. The only reason I'm weary of taking it to a shop is because my unibody rails are so rusty that putting it on a lift is real sketchy.. I was scared the rear left leaf mount was gonna collapse on my head.
It's bad haha.

Pictures? Are you mechanically inclined? With stock suspension and tires it could be something simple. Alignment? Some shops will give a free estimate and what not.

No.. no pictures. Yes, I do my own work and have my own tools. I'll probably jack up the front tomorrow and inspect things because I honestly am a little embarrassed about how rusty it is.

No. It's not good. The rear left is sagged down about three or four inches because the leaf spring mount is pushed up towards the body. The front left control arm mount is similar but not as rotted.
I am trying to fix the important things and sell it because it has served my purpose as my winter vehicle. If it was a little cleaner I'd keep it because it's a five speed and I like it.
